REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final
All sales made through takingtheyard.com are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order is non-refundable, and
- You waive any right to dispute or reverse charges except as required by law.
2. Exceptions
We will only consider a replacement or exchange if:
- You receive a defective or damaged item, or
- An incorrect product was shipped due to our error.
To request a replacement under these limited circumstances, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the defect or shipping label).
Approved replacements will be issued for the same item only.
3. Digital and Downloadable Products
All digital or downloadable items (such as eBooks, software, templates, or online materials) are non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
4. Gift Cards and Sale Items
Gift cards, promotional codes, and sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-replaceable under all circumstances.
5. Shipping Errors or Damages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.
